Installation is very straight forward and is expected to be a 1 person set up, taking about 10 minutes to do so.

Placement requirements for the Bath and Chiller set-up are :

- Well ventilated area
- Solid stable ground
- Not to be set up in direct weather

Showering before ice bath sessions is necessary to reduce bodily oils dirtying the waters quality

FILTER:

The cleanliness of the water and filter in your bath is solely dependent on your consistency in rinsing off before use. Regularly rinsing off before ice bath sessions will help keep your bath cleaner for a longer period, reducing maintenance needs!

We recommend replacing the hair filter every 4 weeks, and replacing the water every 2-3 months, based on frequency of use and your personal preferences. However, maintaining the cleanliness of both the water and filter primarily relies on your commitment to showering before each use.
